Victoria Ganace

As the CAO and owner of Z.A.G Contracting Ltd., Victoria is the driving force behind the administrative side of the business, overseeing everything from HR and accounting to marketing and daily operations. Alongside her husband Brent, she forms a dynamic leadership team that keeps both the business and its people moving forward.

 

Working behind the scenes, Victoria plays a critical role in ensuring the company runs smoothly day to day while maintaining strong relationships with customers. She keeps everything organized and efficient, manages internal systems, and is often a direct point of contact for clients - ensuring every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality service.

 

Known for her positive attitude and strong leadership, Victoria creates a supportive and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Her ability to balance multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care makes her an essential part of Z.A.G's continued success.

 

Outside of the business, Victoria is actively involved in the community. She serves as President of the Oil Sands Rotary Music Festival and is an active member of the local school board, where she holds the role of Chair/President. In this capacity, she is a strong advocate for student success. She recognizes the importance of fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, to ensure students thrive both in their academic pursuits and personal development.
